All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount on your order, using the original method of payment.
In case of unavailability from our current manufacturing partners, we try to accommodate/facilitate connections with new vendors/ manufacturers in your area to match your requirement.
Products presented on our website are generally available to delivery all across the country unless specifically mention in the product page. However, delivery information and possibility is decided by the manufacturer on a case by case basis, and fully by their discretion.
Packaging type and Mode of transportation may vary when delivering from one region to another. And hence cost will vary accordingly
Estimated delivery time will be provided to you, once your order is placed by the manufacturer or vendor of the particular product. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, our manufacturing partners fulfil your orders on a priority basis and shortest timeline possible while maintaining high production quality.
Date of delivery may vary due to courier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery and the item ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments in certain cases.

Shipping Cost varies from product to product and is based on multiple factors such as Weight, Volume, Fragility, Material of Construction (MOC), and Place of Delivery in the relationship with the Place of Production.
